Can be better

I enjoyed the variety offered by the company and the quick delivery which I found very efficient. However, upon delivery, I noted that the item which is a white shoe had yellow coloured spots. For a brand new pair of shoes, and given the price, this is not very acceptable. The returns process is not very clear and despite having submitted a form, I've still yet to receive any info on how to go about teething the product. So that's not very helpful.
