A sigh of relief...
I've been struggling with my water bill for nearly a year now. When I finally plucked up the courage to reach out, they couldn't have been more helpful. I have a young child who because of a medical condition has to be bathed morning and night and also went through a relationship breakdown. They have reduced my upcoming bills and have placed me on their priority list (which I did not know existed!) And have suggested a payment plan which I can afford. Thank you so much!
