Rip-off!!!
Rip-off!!! Presumably because of the age of the car, when the rear-view mirror inside the car was adjusted, it broke off. A screw on the mirror bracket has broken. The car had> 100,000 km. I shall be charged for this damage, although it is not my fault. The fact that the mirror broke off is due to the age of the car and the climate with the salty air. In addition, the car was excessively dirty when it was returned. However, this was not complained about when the car was returned, but was complained about in an SMS that I received two days later. The car only had a little sand in the footwell, no dirt. For these two reasons, I was charged € 200 from my credit card. I was refused a written confirmation of delivery because the head of the car rental couldn't be reached by phone and I couldn't wait because of my departure. I'm pissed off, because of this "rip-off"
