TERRIBLE Packaging!!!!
Great product, but TERRIBLE packaging!! The zip lock both doesn't close and comes unglued from the inside; therefore the contents do NOT stay fresh. I have literally all the flavors: Pumpkin, Mint, Chocolate, Turmeric, Original, etc. All have the same package quality control issue.....and this has been going on for months! (I receive packages month via the subscription service.) I called/spoke to their Customer Service who stated: "We/our quality control dept is aware of the issue. Place the package in a larger zip lock bag." WHAT???? Crazy resolution.....and oh, they would only replace ONE of the 15+ bags I have. Gesh!! LAIRD, I hope see you. Since you live down the street from me, let's meet at the Malibu Cafe and chat about this. :-)
