Aviod using their delivery service if…
Avoid using their delivery service if you don’t want complained by your neighbour. Their truck HK72 TVZ parked and offload in a single lane for more than 20 minutes in a busy morning at 8am today. Two cars behind can only wait until they finished offload but I am sure the kids in the car would be late for their schools. In fact the driver could spend only 1 minute to drive away but he refused to do so. The case was reported to the local police and I hope the police would take further action to make this company’s drivers to be alerted. Reply to Ben: Thanks for your response. The main problem is not about the 23 minutes, is your truck parked in a single lane driveway in a private road, which is violated the traffic law: "Avoidance of Obstruction: Trucks must not cause an obstruction while loading or unloading, and drivers should ensure they don't park in areas where it would hinder traffic flow or pedestrian movement." Moreover, your truck was parked in the customer backyard, where was a private road and your customer house has no rights to use that road. Your driver could choose to offload in the front door of your customer instead of a private road. In conclusion, I don't think your company had trained your drivers in a professional way as he violated 2 rules in 1 delivery service.
