Dr did not show nor did they cancel - awful experience!
I waited several months to see Dr. Dillinger and Life stance confirmed the appointment with me at least three times. I waited in the virtual waiting room for the doctor 20 minutes where the message said “one person ahead of you “. Indicating the Dr was running late. When I tried calling in concerned I’d be late getting back to work - it took an excessive amount of time to reach a human and I was informed that the Dr. called out sick. They acknowledged that at no time did anybody attempt to reach me. The manager June told me it would be several weeks before I could schedule with that Dr. again, and as I had to get back to work after losing an hour of my day and income - she assured me that she would research similar clinicians and get back to me. That never happened. Another employee reached out to reschedule me another day but did not have the information June assured me. I left not one but two messages for June to call me back and she made no effort. Their phone systems are a mess, and customer service beyond disappointing. I can’t speak to the practitioners skills but I hope they see this business is not a good reflection on them or mental health whatsoever. The most recent person I spoke to on Friday was exceptionally rude and defensive. It is disheartening to think they work in a medical practice. I would provide zero stars if I could. And keep in mind if it is YOU that didn’t show or cancel in advance you would be billed.
