Great communication and work done professionally.
Had some minor work done on my Moto Guzzi which slightly over ran through wrong spares being sent by their supplier. No problem: Jessica, the service manager organised me a loan bike (V100 Mandello) to keep me mobile. Whilst there, Andy the boss popped over to give me some advise on future work possibly needed. It was a positive experience from a great team with good communications.
