Appalling lack of accountability
7 weeks ago there was a burst water main under the pavement at the top of our drive. All the water rushed down our drive in a torrent for 3 hours. Our drive was completely washed away with 5" gulleys left in it, and the paved area in our garden was completely flooded with mud which is still there 7 weeks later. I have made about 15 phone calls to Anglian Water and still they have not adequately restores the damage. Absolutely at my wits' end having to think of legal charges against them.
