We viewed property with Randall’s when we started the search for our family home in 2018. After several failed attempts to sell our place, we contacted Randall’s to invite them to sell our home. Simon was refreshingly helpful and to the point, kind honest and above all empathetic to our situation and experience to date. Despite deciding to stay with our current agents, Randall’s contacted us when properties became available with them, which led us to our new home which we have now moved into. Couldn’t have done it without the help of Randall’s and in particular Simon. Would not hesitate to recommend or approach them again. Fabulous service even though they weren’t even our estate agents! We owe Simon so much and can’t thank Randall’s enough.
