I had a conversation with a lady called…

I had a conversation with a lady called Kelsey to explain that I couldn't get on to Jet2 website to reserve seating for my party of 4 including my 16 year old very autistic Grandson. Kersey understood my predicament ans phoned Jet2 on our behalf. Kersey came back to me to say that after her speaking with Jet2, our sears were reserved both ways and even better they were free of charge. Thank you so.much Kelsey, Travelrepublic are very lucky to have you, your customer care was EXCELLENT.
