After booking and requesting 2 wheelchairs for my old grandmother and my handicapped aunt, a conformation email was received. we were shocked after 20 minutes wait at the airport that they dont have chairs today. They were very unprofessional, inhuman and not reliable at all. Very bad experience and big disrespect for their customers
