Besides the food always sitting and waiting on a driver, I draw the line at their incompetence. I placed an order which sat in queue for over 20 mins. They called and said the restaurant wasn’t responding and asked that I cancel the order and they would refund the amount. I did so, then reordered from a different site which was a lesser amount. I just received my statement which didn’t balance, and I realized I was billed the canceled amount. They refuse to refund or issue a credit as it was past 48 hrs. I am DONE. Call this company any name you’d like…keep rebranding…it is still poorly run.
