Nice over phone. Quote will change on collection.
2 parts.. all nice and lovely and efficient over the phone. Then when they come to collect the car they decide they want to change their quote. I was very clear that the car doesn't jump start and despite that they offered 1k for it. So then driver comes and manages to jump start the car and then they decided to offer £200 becoz the battery needs changing. Beware. Unless you are desperate don't sell to them. I am becoz am moving otherwise I would prefer to have sold it to someone else.
