Claims process lets AllClear down
Great at helping you purchase the policy but trying to make a claim for changed itinerary on a cruise is proving rather difficult. Submitted completed forms & evidence on 14th July and was sent a confirmation email that it would take maximum 14 working days. I sent a chaser email today (2 days short of the 14) and received an email saying it could be 21 working days. On the cruise forum for our particular cruise, several people have telephoned their insurance and had the money by the end of the day. Feel let down as I was confident that AllClear were a reliable company but out sourcing claims has now made me question my decision.
