Contact was made about a week before delivery and a date agreed. This was updated to an earlier date that I agreed to. Van driver gave me good notice on the day and bike arrived in newish clean van with inside built for transporting bikes. Driver was able to unload, safely, single handed. Payment process was straightforward using credit card on-line
