Subject: Nominex Platform – Fraud and Unfair Account Blocking I am filing a strong complaint against the Nominex platform. This platform is completely fraudulent and has treated its users unfairly. On [17.8.2024], I deposited $5000 into my Nominex account. After just four days of using the platform, I was informed that in order to continue daily trading, I needed to upgrade my account level to $10,000. If I couldn’t upgrade, they threatened to block my account. This action is in direct violation of the platform's own rules, which clearly state that users can continue using their current account level for 180 days. I was only four days into using my account when this issue arose, and since I didn’t have the funds to upgrade to $10,000, they threatened to block my account. This behavior not only violates their own policies but also shows that they are clearly trying to extort users into depositing more money under unfair conditions. I have proof of these claims, including screenshots of the communications and terms, and I am prepared to provide this evidence. This situation clearly proves that Nominex is an unreliable and fraudulent platform. I urge all users to stay away from this platform and to be aware of the risks involved.
