Kundenfreundlichkeit null

Kundenfreundlichkeit null! Pool Roboter gekauft. Nach 3 mal fahren kaputt - 1 Monat voriges Jahr in rep. - dieses Jahr wieder 3 mal gefahren wieder kaputt - 1,5 Monate in rep. - wollte Kontakt mit Steinbach aufnehmen über Telefon kommt nur ein Tonband und über Mail hat das Ticket erstellen nicht gefunkt. - keine Chance wem zu erreichen - echt ein Witz - vielleicht meldet sich ja so wer bei mir........
