It was amazing to sit back and not have to worry about the logistics of scheduling all the activities we did let alone traveling between them. Our guide was amazing and kind, as were the 3 other local guides we met with on the tour. We saw a little of a lot of things on our trip. And there is the crux; the pace of the tour moved so so fast there was not enough time to soak in and immerse ourselves in each experience. It was a bit too fast paced. We were being taken to these amazing places and it was all a whirlwind of take a few photos, and then get 10 minutes to visit a gift shop and then be bustled back onto the bus. There was so much to see that we missed out on, so it is hard to imagine thinking there should have been less stuff on our daily schedule, and yet, it would have been nice to spend more quality time at the places we were viewing. I am glad I accompanied our child. I would go on another tour if I was able to, but come knowing that it is very fast paced and mindful of times that kids are not supervised potentially.
