Overall a good experience
Whilst the work was done very quickly, in fact within 2 weeks in applying for the grant. I did find that the person that did the survey did not ask me any questions about placement of the boiler and radiators. The team that fitted the system were quick, polite and knew what they were doing. The had a kept the front door open everytime they went to the van.which was annoying and very cold. They were mindful of my 2 indoor cats. The system they fitted is working well and I am able to control it manually easily.
