Smooth exchange
Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I paid the extra to send my phone back as it was worth more than £150. But that was my choice. Was informed when parcel arrived, when all checks had been done, when all was ok and payment would be processed, then finally when payment had been made. Three hours later the money was in my bank account. Absolutely brilliant service.
