We chose Zest as it was a Which recommended provider. They provide the car hire insurance and act as broker for the car rental. The rental company we chose was Drivalia at Gatwick Airport. The attendant was friendly and efficient, the whole process was very quick. The car was in good condition with only minor scuffs on the exterior, it had done 25,000 miles. The Inside was clean and tidy. We didn’t experience any problems with the car and the return handover was equally quick and efficient. The rental company took a £1,500 security deposit via my credit card, this was removed within 3 days of my returning the car. Using Zest we paid with insurance approximately the amount the rental company would have charged us for the car alone.
