Centauro has utter contempt for its customers
we arrived at Malaga airport last summer having had a seamless journey to that point but then spent about 5 hours collecting our hire car. Having taken a bus from the airport to the car hire pick up we arrived to see about 40 people already waiting to collect their car. There was no drinking water, not enough seats and no air conditioning, people had to stand in the heat and wait for hours, this included women carrying babies and elderly people. There were 3 people processing the cars despite the large number of people waiting. When we finally got to speak to someone they gave us the option of adding a vast excess of around 1000 euros to a credit card or of paying a furthur 300 Euros for extra insurance this was despite us booking what we thought was the total fee with, as their website claims 'no additional fees'. I was so incredibly angry as a result of this experience it threatening to ruin my holiday so I intentially put it aside until now but planning my next holiday I've remember it all again and wanted to warn other customers. STEER CLEAR of this company.
