I thought that all reviews were made up, and I would never write one, but having dealt with Phillips George I felt compelled that I should let anyone who is thinking of using an estate agent to sell they should know and contact Phillips George. During a two-year period, we tried to sell our house using 4 Estate agents with in the area including a nationally advertised one, in this period you could count on just two hands the number of viewings they generated. Most of these viewings were people who were not interested just noisy, which was obvious these Agents did not vet them as they should. They did not keep us informed, it was us that chase them and when we did you felt they were doing us a favour, stating what do you expect in this climate. Then we meet the people at Phillips George, what a complete difference, they were extremely professional in every department, their knowledge of the area was excellent and they were very polite when speaking with them and nothing was to much trouble. They vetted every interested and only the people who they consider were interested in purchasing the property would they allow to view, and that was more than all the other agents had managed. We contacted them in October 2019 and by March 2020 we had sold only for Covid we would have moved earlier. Even through the Covid period they kept us informed of any developments. I cannot recommend Phillips George too highly. I can say that over the many years I have sold and purchased properties the company and the people are the best I have dealt with and would have no problems in using them in the future. Keith A
