Very poor follow up and unconvincing results
Was promised to get 3800 grafts but only got 2700+. Different technicians involved throughtout surgery as they are handling too many patients at the same time. Doctor speaks little to no English (Though translators are available). Doctor will draw the hairline and that's it. One of the many clinics which use a reputed surgeon name to attract patients whom you will never get to meet. Unconvicing results 1 year post op. Probably 20-40% improvement when compared to pre-transplant condition. When asked about this, all the response you will get is a) pls wait for 18months b) hair fall due seasonal/ climate changes c) continue using minoxidil d) you will need another session. Wash, rinse and repeat. And of course, terrible follow up. You will be only contacting the patient co-ordinator and will never be in direct contact with doctors and it is only via Whatsapp. It will take ages to get a reply as doctors are 'busy'. Very disappointing customer service.
