Diabolical service
Disappointing service. Excellent vehicle but... charged my Corporate card instead of my personal card despite me presenting the personal card at the counter to ensure no mistakes were made. Then continued to charge corporate card on my account despite being corrected. Then charged an infringement to the wrong person. And several weeks following the actual hire, they’re still charging me road tolls, TO MY CORPORATE CARD. I was in a world of trouble at my place of employment because of card violations and it’s cost me over 100GBP to make calls to rectify their mess... because they never answer emails. Quite honestly, diabolical service.... Would avoid in future :-((
