Shameful Experience at Halesworth Store
Halesworth Store ============== I (and others) normally avoid this store due to its poor customer service but had to use it this afternoon. Had a shameful experience. One male employee swore repeatedly using the F*** word in front of customers and staff and made derogatory comments to a female colleague. This employee was at the counter. When he saw me he walked off saying he would be with me in a minute. I waited whilst he crossed the office to flick a rubber band at a colleague. Clearly customers are less important than a rubber-band. A fellow colleague (excellent Robert Read) then served me. Please please please up your game. There is no excuse for this dreadful behaviour.
