Terrible experience with staff/management
I booked a stay b&b munchen oost months in advance. Unfortunately, as our travel date approached, my wife fell ill and was advised against traveling. I contacted the hotel to cancel or reschedule on medical grounds, but they denied both requests. As a result, I lost all my money. I find this approach very inhuman. There should be policies in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
