It all worked out well in the end with Prospect, Wokingham!
Despite being a little bit quick to ask us to decrease the sale price of our Parent’s house when we put it up for sale with Prospect and comparing it to other houses in the area that were in my view “not comparable” -it has all worked out well. And we have SOLD with Prospect. Beth Murphy’s communications were very good and her advice was invaluable when dealing with the prospective purchaser. She kept with us throughout the process, which was a little bit complex and in the end, we sold to the first viewer, at only a small discount to the asking price. We are very happy with Prospect and the result.
