Exceded expectations...
After a short google search for a new E-cig i stumbled accross E-Cig Clouds who by far had the cheapest prices not only on Mods but Juice, tanks and coils, i did a little more checking for reviews and cross checked them with other stores and for the amount of reviews they have to oly have a small % negetive is good, however the bad reviews did stick in my mind and i was a little worried about if my almost £60 order would actually come, i paid for the 1-3 day delivery just to shorten the wait time so my worries wouldnt be prolonged and im pleased to say they delivered on time well packed in one of the best boxes i have seen used for delivery wrapped in a plastic envolope, the nic shots were in a seperate plastic envolope within the main parcel box that was a nice touch to keep them safe, i did call the helpline before i ordered as i had a few questions about the short fills (first time user of short fills) the lady on the phone was helpfull and explained that it would come with 2 x nic shots to make it 6mg (sorry didnt get a name) -----Over all review----- customer service 5/5 stars delivery 5/5 stars (could look at adding tracking info to orders page) stock selection 4/5 stars (would be 5 but most items are out of stock :( on the site) website eas of use 5/5 stars
