Good if you know what you're expecting
1 month in. If you know what you're expecting to recieve then the star rating shouldn't be low. On the product screen you choose "1 time purchase, or subscription" so this clears that issue with other reviews. With taste, it is a bit gritty at the end, which they do not shy away from in their description as "mud water", mushrooms and spices dont dissolve so its expected, and it tastes like masala chai. I add 1xsugar, and a good amount of milk to aim closer to a "chai latte". I enjoy it and find it quite addictive. I dont have to force myself to drink it and look forward to it. I'm currently waiting for a customer service reply, so we'll see how that goes.
