Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Tried to exchange a frame that was on sale (buy one get one free). The supervisor didn't know how to do it. I returned a $40 frame and wanted to purchase a $40 frame. He gave me $25 for my return and then wanted to charge me $40 for the exchange. We were ignored when we tried to explain. Then the supervisor asked if he could help us with anything else in a sarcastic tone. Won't shop there again.
