Zero Stars for Lyca
My wife's number is activated with a 12-month plan. Instead of a 12-month plan, Lyca activate it for 1 month at a time and auto-renew every month. On the 9th at 00:00 hours, it should have been activated, but it failed. I don't know why, even though the validity is until January 2025. Until today, after many follow-ups, there has been no result. All the time, there are fake promises, and they blame technical issues and then blame the previous customer care executive, but there are no results. As a software architect, I don't understand how difficult it is to fix and update a package. It should be a job of less than 1 second, but it has been more than 4 days, and nothing has been done. If your team is not capable enough, contact me. I can help fix or build a better system. After 6days finally after 7call and wasting so many hours it got resolved. But my ticket was closed by the support team that there was no issue and they asked me to check my bundle package. Funny.
