Absolutely brilliant and first class service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and my messages are always answered really quickly too which is super. Any questions or queries are answered in detail and thoroughly and I always value the advice I’m given. I received advice about different types of dog food for allergies and wow - it was extremely detailed and very clear - a lot of time and effort went in to the research on my behalf which was just brilliant and the advice was completely free. The delivery is perfect and always on time and prompt with messages along the way to keep me updated. I am absolutely delighted to have found HK pet supplies and will never use anyone else again. Do not hesitate to use them and you most definitely won’t be disappointed. They are also lovely and happy and genuinely nice, honest people who love animals!
