Your delivery driver was VERY rude
Your delivery driver was VERY rude. We asked if he could move the van 10 yards and deliver to our garden entrance - no steps, no difference at all to him. He just said "No" No sorry, no explanation, just "No" It literally meant moving the van, the delivery would have been EXACTLY the same. To be honest I'm sick to death of customer "service" like this. He was aggressively rude, not just unpleasant. I bought a product in good faith, my husband currently has a hernia, my tonne of product is now sitting *outside* my house. What am I meant to do now? ....In reply to your reply, it was just a different entrance, not the garden. And if he's very long serving, I'd imagine he'd say mire than just "No". We just wanted it 10 foot down the road - as I explained.
