The device arrived quickly but never…
The device arrived quickly but never worked. 9 emails with support with no positive resolution. I will return for a refund. BUT the worst part was the unauthorized $99.99 fee direct from my PP account for the Premium service which I did not request or authorize. i immediately emailed support and demanded they refund the money. I immediately contacted PP who stopped payment since the funds had not been withdrawn from my account. I don't like calling a company a scam but I don't have any other words at this point. A device that doesn't work and unauthorized withdrawal of funds, what else would you call it?
