I put in an offer for a flat to rent. I sent rightmove all the references they asked for and they were never enough, they kept on asking for more and more statements. They kept me waiting until 5 days before my move to give me approval. I felt I was treated like a criminal and found staff rude, except a lady called Lorna. I shall never rent through rightmove again.
