Terrible Experience – Delayed, Disorganised and Overpriced NEVER AGAIN What can I say? This has been one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. Our flight from Antalya to Manchester was delayed by around 90 minutes, which meant I missed my train. To make things even more frustrating, although we were seated at the rear of the plane, they refused to let us disembark through the back, despite the lounge being right there. If you’re planning to buy extras like meals or extra legroom, be very careful. I had to contact WhatsApp support twice—once just to check in online (as their system doesn’t work properly in the UK or Turkey), and again to have the meals added after they weren’t showing on the booking. The booking reference changed both times, causing more confusion. Worse still, the app failed to add extra legroom for four other passengers in our group for the return journey, even though it was paid for. The meals themselves were a disappointment—£13 for food only, no drink included, and not worth the price. All in all, this was a stressful, disorganised, and poor value experience from start to finish. Avoid if you can.
