Tickets Center is a rip off!!!
I purchased a parking ticket for a concert in Nashville. I clearly put in Sept 9th. Tickets Center processed the request for Aug 9th (only 7 days away). They charged me $71.89 for one day parking. When I chatted on line they told me that is average parking cost when venue is on. Turns out its a library parking lot that charges $10.00 for same spot. I called immediately and they said too late already processed no refund. I explained they made the mistake, I was told again too late no refund. This company will rip you off quicker than you can react. STAY AWAY, Use AXS instead. They refund and help you through the process. GRJ-Wisconsin
