Bought a faulty car and Oodle won’t let me return
I recently bought a car using Oodle finance and unfortunately day 6 of having the car I found faults which wasn’t told to me at the garage considering the car just had an Mot and Service done at AAT Quality Cars Limited. I have a right to return the car within 30 days and Oodle finance have refused this and ignored all my official letters to now take them to court. I signed a contract that states I have the right to return and this goes against the 2015 consumer rights act. I would not recommend using this finance company.
