Christmas tree ornament
Update- Company has now responded. Some type of glitch with receiving my emails. Sent me a returns label straight away. I bought a ceramic xmas tree. The measurements on website was actually wrong so was too small for where I wanted it. At first customer service was good. Said would send me a returns label as measurement error on website. I didn’t receive the return label by email so assumed by post. After a week not received so sent a email. No response. Thought maybe on a break so waited. But sent another still being ignored and no returns label. Really disappointed at being ignored. I have all my emails off proof of being completely ignored. Last email I sent was two weeks ago.
