PBM Experience

I am a tenant in one of the building(Centillion Point) managed by PBM. I think they are the worst service Provider. Our building has multiple security failures which needs to be fixed. Fire alarm in our building rings every alternate days and fire alarm monitoring device which shows which floor has the issue does not work properly and poor fire marshalls had to run every floor in the building to see where is the fault. God Forbidden if such incident happens in real ,they have no shame or concern to fix it. Parking gate in building is remote controlled it gets stuck in mid sometime and it has been months they have not fixed it, looks like they are waiting for accident to happen? They have ripped apart entire wooden flaps on the reception area in name of fire hazard but have not installed any fix on it and there is no timeline to do it. they are always working on it and it takes years and years to do anything. Constant water leakage on top of the lock sensor and no solution. PBM is a fraud company charges high maintenance fee from the leaseholders and doesn't spend a penny back to maintain the building. If anyone in authorities reading please audit all the buildings managed by this company and take a serious action against them.
