Was not given a price quote when installing firewall Charged me $669.95 my tax payment for the year will now be late. I am 82 years old and do not need that kind of protection Also managed to erase 2 months of my emails, and they said they didn't but I was there before they interfered Said they can't recover it, they can but it would cost me $69 when they should go through the recovery system and bring it back Was I scammed? My family says yes
