Their customer service is really awful.

Their customer service is really awful. Muddled subscriptions, wrong amount sent, no-one seems to know what is happening. I know the company was recently taken over but teething problems shouldn't go on for this long! My December order was wrong, then corrected so I was happy, but now the next scheduled delivery has failed. I am not happy, especially as I paid in advance. The product, in my case UNPLUG is great, that is if you can get it delivered. It was always a bit haphazard, but then there used to be a working customer service number. Even that does not work now.
