DISGUSTED - see update
Can you imagine going to Dentaprime knowing that you have an issue needing attention BUT when the treatment is deemed outside the scope of what they offer, you have to literally BEG for your xray that is due to you to continue your urgent treatment elsewhere! 30 August, I attended an appointment during which xrays were taken. I had to book a follow up appointment with different specialist at another dental practice (recommended) and to this moment after 2 visits at this other practice, I am unable to proceed with a well needed treatment because Dentaprime is holding on to my xrays (JUST Xrays- NOT all my records) to be emailed to me! Those 2 appointments have already cost me and I have another one booked 3rd week in a row (desperation as my tooth is failing) and still no email from Dentaprime. First call to request xrays (check your recording) the guy said it can take 20 days, follow up calls said that it can take 30 days! I can't chew from the affected side of my mouth and THEY DON'T CARE! I have literally begged this practice who boast of using advanced technologies and they need 30 days to give me an xray that apparently needs converting to an email appropriate version (already paid for) to allow me to continue. I would have ignored this if I could have taken new ones but I can't as I would be over radiated! I have been a dental Practice Manager until recently and I would never treat a patient like this! I would see the importance in what they are addressing and get a clinician to address such a simple request. It's too late to cancel my next appointment in a couple days without costing me so i hope you Dentaprime will email me my xrays. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!! Update: I am a real person with a TrustPilot account and give a genuine review when necessary. I am not sure why I have to give further information (even personal details) with a threat that my review may be removed. Nonetheless, just to note that I received my xrays via email approximately 9am on the day I received a response on TrustPilot from Dentaprime. I was disappointed with this reply as it was not the first email I have had from Dentaprime and therefore, no reason for it to be classed as junk by then. It was sent after my plea on TrustPilot (thanks TrustPilot) and received in normal email folder 📂 as expected.
