Aerial was making a racket and poor picture quality. Phoned DDAerials on Thursday, made appointment for the following Tuesday, got a phone call on Friday afternoon saying that an engineer was available later that afternoon - would we like him to see us? YES! About 90 minutes later got a phone call from the engineer and 30 minutes after that he arrived. Looked at the aerial and offered us two choices. Remove the "collector" that had come loose and was making the noise or fit a new aerial. We went with the first option and the offending bit of metal was removed. Picture quality restored and noise banished in less than an hour.
