Very Disappointed - as others stated: Buyer Beware
Good site for vaping needs/products. Good selection of mainstream items. Pricing is ok, I just don't get the "Adult Signature Fee", but that's my only gripe. Thought it was going to be free shipping and it was shipping fee + adult signature fee, so you know...not stoked about that. Overall, a known and reliable online vape store. 10/27/22 *EDIT* Dropping Stars for an Unacceptable Transaction and lack of response from company. My order was end of September 2022 and i paid for shipping/adult signature fee. The delivery and communication was absolutely unacceptable. Received my package 10/26/22. They left my package with a neighbor who signed for me since i had no idea they were ever going to deliver and i was at work - i assumed DirectVapor just stole my money at this point and after numerous requests on why i have received no package or response from DirectVapor. Planned multiple days to be available at home to sign for package and it gets randomly delivered a month later. Called and left numerous "support tickets" for a refund only to find they will ignore you in hopes the terrible logistics company they are using will eventually, and randomly, show up to your home. Will never shop with DV again and cannot recommend due to their terrible customer service and obvious cash grabs/terrible logistics. Still no word on my refund and they got my money, i got the product eventually, but should not have to have paid shipping with this terrible service and their lack of communication, response, or even any assistance with tracking etc.
