Very Bad Service
Very Bad service. 10 days after placing my order still not received. I have contacted Yumi and told it was due to the IT issue over a week ago? Yet the exact same thing also happened with my previous order last month, when there was no global IT issue? Also, they only informed me of this when I contacted them instead of them contacting customers who have been affected? I have e-mailed to cancel my order
