Disgusting customer service
Booked a tailoring service to buy a suit for my wedding. Travelled 2 hours to arrive at my 9.30am appointment and store was shut, didn’t open till 10am. Once store opened they told me the person in charge of tailoring service was sick and not been working for last 2 weeks, no apology nothing. Completely ruined my day. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call to cancel my appointment.
