Customer Service, when I had any questions, was amazing each time I needed to speak to them! It was wonderful not having to go thru so many hoops to talk to someone live. Plus, speaking to someone who was not with a heavy accent, so easier to understand and be understood, also appreciated! Pendant is easy to setup, test out and to be understood how to use by anyone including my 92 yr old uncle. Another plus, you don’t have to have a contract and can unsubscribe at any time with no penalty. I would highly recommend this company. 👍 One thing I’d like for company to include with the info provided is how often you can expect to have to charge the battery. (Pendant does warn you when battery is getting low, though.) That is one question that was answered when I called customer service. 👍
