Phoenix III Room 3047
We stayed at Phoenix III in room 3047 May 30 - June 2, 2019. The shower/tub stopper was held up with a sting tied to the shower head and the mattress was awful. You could feel the springs in your back, must have been very old! Normally we are very pleased at any of the Phoenixes but this one was falling apart and out of date!
